Our tutors come from a wide range of academic backgrounds. We work hard to look for tutors with not only extensive expertise but also a warm and approachable demeanour. For us, the relationship is as important as the subject knowledge and facilitates effective, superior learning.

Emma Cook

Emma Cook is currently studying Medicine at Kings College London, having finished an MSc in Cardiovascular Science and received 1st Class Honours in her Biomedical Sciences BSc, both at UCL. She loves to teach Maths and Science and has been tutoring a wide range of pupils for 3 years. She loves being outdoors, and in her spare time she is an active member of London’s Lowland Search and Rescue team!

Jacob Bernard Banton

Jacob is an English Literature graduate from the University of Manchester and has three years experience tutoring privately. He specialises in A-Level and GCSE English, but also enjoys working with younger children to explore creative writing and help to better comprehend literature. In his spare time, he illustrates, sometimes writes freelance and plays guitar poorly.

Astrid Harbour

Astrid Harbour is currently studying medicine, having finished a Biomedical Science BSc, both at King’s College London. She greatly enjoys teaching Maths, Science, and English and has been working with a wide range of children during her time at university. In her spare time she is a keen hockey player for her university hockey team.

Serge Bressloff

Serge graduated with a degree in Philosophy from UCL, having previously excelled in Maths and Science. Since then, he has been playing music in a band and writing short stories. He enjoys tutoring Maths, English and Science up to GCSE level.

Photini Georgallou

She is currently a Year 6 teacher in Central London and has experience tutoring for 11+ exams and SATS. Photini is suited to teaching English to all levels and Maths to GCSE level.

Hana Merchant

Sebastien Twigden

In a previous life, Seb toured all over Europe, playing in his band, whilst having his music aired on national radio stations and television. Having changed career, Seb graduated with a History degree and now has a number of years within education. He loves his decision to become a teacher, thoroughly enjoying guiding youngsters to meet their full potential across all subjects.

Dillon Schoeneberg

Aoife Dolan

With over 5 years experience teaching both KS1 and KS2, including preparing children for SATs exams. Aoife is passionate about learning and loves to see children progress and grow in confidence. She is best suited to teaching primary age children in all subjects including SATs prep.

Rivani Shah

Rivani Shah is a graduated of UCL with an MSc in Infection and Immunity. She is currently working in the UCL Cancer Institute, researching CAR T cell therapy for myeloma. She is an experienced tutor who  specialises in teaching GCSE Science and 11+ maths. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the guitar and admiring London’s skyline.

Owen Sparkes

Elowyn Stevenson

She now tutors German and English and works in museums around London, sharing her love of learning with all audiences.

Alex Palmer

Alex is an experienced tutor of English, maths, French and Music, having worked across Australia and the UK. He ran his own tutoring agency in Sydney for several years, with a focus on tutoring International Baccalaureate, A Level and local syllabuses. He completed undergraduate studies in music at the University of Cambridge and postgraduate studies at Berklee College of Music. He currently works on a range of projects for film, television, musical theatre and the concert hall.

Nia McIntosh

Oliver Banatvala

Tamsin Dyer

She’s a project manager who’s worked in Tech and Big Telecoms, with a passion for coaching and Learning and Development. In her spare time Orlagh loves to run, bake and bring her puppy for walks!

Liliana Caridade

Lilianna has a degree in Primary Education and a masters in Children’s Studies. She has been teaching in the UK for over 5 years and has been in the education sector for 12 years. She is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish. Liliana is able to teach English and Maths for 11plus. In her free time she can be known to teach yoga!

Dom Bradley-Burke

Kasey Gashi

Rebecca Gaebler

Chlöe Warner

Lisa Ellermann

Lisa is currently studying Creative Musicianship at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance whilst also working on her personal artist project. Having lived in both Germany and America she grew up in a very multicultural environment. Teaching is a big passion of hers; she has been tutoring piano, singing and German to children of all age groups for more than 3 years. In her free time she loves to cook and go to the theatre.

Freddie Smith

Freddie was born in Brazil but also lived in Mexico, Singapore and England picking up fluency in Spanish and Portuguese along the way. He now lives in London and studies Economics and Economic History at LSE after completing his A-Levels as a sixth form scholar. Freddie’s academic track record is exceptional, having achieved three A* at A-level and an A* in his EPQ, he also received an award from Pearson Education for outstanding performance at GCSE. Outside his studies Freddie is a keen tennis player, musician, historian and traveller.

Siobhan Andrews

Beth Rylance

Nicole Cai

Nicole Cai graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and achieved 2:1. She is a native Mandarin speaker from Beijing and she is also an experienced tutor with over 200 hours tutoring provided to students ranging from Year 5 to 13 (A-level). She enjoys not only teaching Mandarin, but also inspiring students with Chinese history, art and culture. Outside tutoring, she is an engineer working in transport industry in London, a dog lover, an origami enthusiast and a passionate cyclist.

Freya Everest

Cam’ron Gordon

Priya Beharry

Outside of teaching, Priya competes in netball leagues weekly, loves visiting the theatre and has taken a recent interest in baking.

Lauren Srotyr

After graduating last July, she went on to work in Madrid before settling in London to work for a charity. Sara Rahmani

Emma Warley

Emma recently graduated from Bradfield College as a scholar, achieving 8A*s and an A at GCSE and 3A*s at A level in English Literature, Religious Studies (Philosophy & Ethics) and Art. She was born in New York and since has lived in France, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and England. She has a real passion for painting (and, indeed, the creative world more broadly) and is a keen traveller and reader. She is able to teach up to 11+ in both maths and English.

Mike Schrimshaw

Beth Palmer

Currently she is taking time at home to raise her two children, she is suited to teaching English to all levels and other subjects to primary or 11+.

Aubrey Warley

He studied at Eton, achieving 11 A*s at GCSE and one A* and two As at A-level in Politics, Maths and Theology. He now reads Theology and Religion at Oxford. Andreea Belobrov

Andreea grew up in Moldova and attended school in the UK for her A-levels, achieving top grades in Maths, Further Maths, Economics and Physics. She currently studies Mathematics with Economics at the London School of Economics (LSE). She has excelled in mathematics and is able to teach abstract concepts as well as practical proficiency. Siggy Taylor

Jamie Sayer

Originally brought up in Surrey and educated at Hampton School before moving to Spain for Sixth Form, Jamie graduated from UCL with a BA in French and Spanish in 2016. Since then, he has set up a successful tuition service in Madrid and has worked for leading global tech companies. He has extensive tutoring experience with Maths and English, up to GCSE and 11+ respectively. He also teaches Spanish and French to any level.
In his spare time, Jamie dabbles in playing the guitar and volunteers as an English teacher at a charity specialising in social and labour market integration for migrants and refugees.

Emerald Willet

Harry Ward
